Microsoft never released any Access related Microsoft Certified Proffessional exams (well not over in the UK anyway), although there was talk of releasing an Access related MCP a couple of years ago, it never materialised. As long as you can navigate around the user interface and work in tables, queries, forms and reports in normal and design view you should not have any problems at all. They only really test your knowledge of "using" Access and not developing Access.
