In case of the bios recovery with USB Stick (Formated with FAT32 and containing the renamed Bios file) I can see that the USB is working (Usb led is lighting). Each connector i did connect to the motherboard I hit the power button and watch POST again to make sure a specific connection did not change behavior. I see no errors anywhere to explain what had happened. Once they were connected I could hit F2 to get into the BIOS and navigate. Then i removed every connector on the motherboard. First i opened the back cover and remove ram and battery and held down power button for 30 seconds and pressed the other buttons on the side multiple times.
